When I try to mark off advancements as awarded I get an error saying this:
“Purchase order does not belong to the organization” I tried deleting the PO that these advancements were tied too. That didn’t work. I deleted and generated a new PO with these advancements. Also a no go. Ive logged out of everything and tried logging back in to see if that works and also a no go.
@VanessaLuxford first guess looking at your Unit - your charter expires 2/28 which causes issues.
Alright, I will reach out to our CC and see where things are at with rechartering. If continued issues/errors after our charter is reactivated I will reach out again via forums. Hopefully that resolves the issue, however. Thank you so much!
Keep in mind that it will take some time for the charter status change to “roll out” across the various systems. So, there may be a lag between everything looking “right” at my.scouting and the other systems (Scoutbook & Scoutbook+) seeing the unit renewal as current.
@VanessaLuxford was the open existing purchase order made in Legacy Scoutbook? Are you trying to award in Legacy Scoutbook? Is the PO Closed or Open?
PO was created in legacy scoutbook. We mark off approvals and that its awarded in scoutbook plus.
@VanessaLuxford right now all the Needs Complete/Approve/Awarded - should be done in Legacy Scoutbook - Scoutbook + is not ready for that yet

Our pack is having same issue… Pack doesn’t have option to award in Legacy anymore. So hopefully this is only a chartering issue as ours just changed.
