Hi,
I am unable to record merit badges. When I go to Scout Name > Advancements > Start a merit badge, the application takes me back to home page.
I have cleared the cache and that doesnt help.

This sounds like the Scout is in both a Troop and Pack. Go to the Scout’s Membership page in Legacy Scoutbook and if there is an open membership in a Pack, click on it, enter an end date and click Update
