When I select a unit and a Scout and try to run a Scouts BSA History Report I get the following error: System failure (97).

The problem was brought to my attention by a volunteer from Troop 5330 who tried to do the same thingand was unsucessful too.

What more information do you need. It has never worked for me. I go into Scoutbook plus and any unit I select and any Scout I select I get that error. Let me know what further information you need.

And was it for the same Scout?
Yes and the volunteer from Troop 5330 who can’t get that report either is the CC.
No, I get the same error when I select different units or different Scouts.
