I have been trying to print an individual report and a troop advancement report. All I get is a message to go to scout forum.

@DarnydOrtiz - what you need to do is go to the unit page in scoutbook, then unit reports then look for the Scouts BSA Individual Advancement Record.

Thanks. It worked. I was doing it the way I always do. Go to Reports Menu in My Dashboard, go to Individual Record, and print the chosen record. But this time it wasn’t working.

I’m getting the same error. Just a message to go to scout forum. It won’t generate the report.

@StephanieWalkup - do you see the scouts bsa individual advancement record in the troop reports menu in scoutbook classic?

What is your role/registered position in the troop?

I’m a parent, so the only access I have is to my son’s. His name shows up and I select it,but it won’t run the individual advancement report.

@StephanieWalkup are you able to go to your scout’s page > reports and run it from there?
