@KarenZiegler - have you read the multiple posts on this topic… i guess not. But try the scouts BSA individual advancement record from the troop reports menu

@FrancesMcCloskey for you and other looking for this solution, here’s some screenshots that may help. This is the Dashboard, you don’t want this Report menu: [IMG_0720] Rather, navigate to the unit page and select the report menu there: [IMG_0724] [IMG_0725] If the Scouts BSA Individual Advancement Record is not visible here, then it is a rights/position issue that is preventing the logged in user from seeing it.
