Unable to sign off a merit badge

I don’t know. This is the first time that I have used the tool. I assume as MBC as I can see the merit badges and the scouts attached

I switched to committee member role and got an error, then back to MBC and still the spinning saves. I tried a different browser and even a different computer. Same thing

Thanks for the help. After the unit leader submitted their e-signature I was able to enter the requirements and approve the badge.
