I have a scout whose Personal Management merit badge has been approved by his MB counselor. However, when I tried to sign off this merit badge at Scoutbook Plus, I saw that both “Mark as Approved/Recorded” and “Mark as Awarded” for this merit badge were greyed out. The scout is waiting for the last merit badge to be signed off to start his Eagle scout application.
This could be a cache issue. Try hard refresh or incognito window.

I used both Inprivate browser in Edge and incognito in Chrome to try. Unfortunately, I saw the same greyed out checkboxed in the scount’s Personal Management MB page.

I don’t see anything that should prevent you from approving the Pesonal Management MB. Maybe another SUAC member will have an idea.
Are you able to Approve individual requirements for the badge? I’m wondering if the system is preventing you from approving the overall badge, but might permit approving the individual requirements, and then would allow approval of the overall badge.
I’ve never had to do it this way before, so this is more of a shot in the dark than a firmly-grounded idea.
@ShuZhang- have you tried from the advancement tab at the roster. The to approve section should list the badge. Check the box next to it and click approve and see if that works
@ShuZhang- everything is marked completed but not approved. I suspect you will find the items here

We have asked the developers to investigate but with the holidays, it may be a while before we hear back.

Thank you everyone for your tips and considerations. I am now able to see that the merit badge was approved (by me?) on Dec. 29th, although I didn’t take the action to click the “Mark as Approved/Recorded” checkbox today. Something happened in the background.
Nevertheless, the scout’s MB is in a status it’s supposed to be. I appreciate your help on this matter.
