We’re receiving this message in the app when trying to start a new merit badge. Happening with multiple people and different merit badges.

Thanks for the workaround. But why isn’t the app working? My scout doesn’t access the website.
@LisaMarler - if your scout can log into the scouting app then they can log into the actual site.
This isn’t working either.
@LisaMarler - can you be a bit more specific.. what is not working ? Is there an error message…They would use their my.scouting.org login information
Have the scouts’ SM (or other designated scouter) marked the Unit Leader Signature box in SB+ yet?
I’m wondering if the programming logic is requiring that prior to the scouts logging MB requirements.

@LisaMarler A possible issue in your particular case is that your “relationships” are messed up. In my.Scouting, you are listed as both “Mother of” and “Son of” your Scout. Your local council can fix your relationships with their Registrar Tools.
One additional note, the app was only designed to work for parents/guardians connected to their scouts in SB+ and for the scouts themselves. The app can’t be used to manage unit-wide entry (e.g. one scouter entering things for multiple scouts for whom they are not the parent/guardian). I wasn’t sure from what you wrote if you meant one scouter had tried for multiple scouts, or that multiple parents/scouts had tried and the app wasn’t working for any of them.
