somehow one of my scouts was awarded and approved for webelos rank he has not yet completed. the only directions I can find for correcting this no longer apply to the current internet advancement version of scoutbook. how do i removed this rank award?
There is a known issue that is preventing removal of approved ranks. The fix is currently being tested. Watch the Change Log category for an announcement when the fix is released.
