I have been unable to update my email address as a parent. I have not been getting emails. When I go to my account>email, the email field is blank. I can only type in the password and confirm password fields. I cannot navigate forward with the blank email field though.

@Jamie_AnnKerestes - can you post a screenshot of what you see?
For me the current email is shown in light text. Then there is the box for new email and current password and then the buttons below to update.
