Updating parent's email

A parent in my troop uses a different email then was originally put in her account. The email that was entered is her work email, which her work blocks emails from sites liked Scoutbook. I’m not able to update her email as she already logged in at one point She doesn’t know her password and if she does a password reset, it will get blocked.

Also, she is a committee member so she has a BSA# which I can’t remove from the account either. If that wasn’t the case, i’d just create a new profile but the BSA# is linked to that account so that’s the other issue.

Any advice?

She will need to send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with her name, BSA member ID, e-mail used on the account and new e-mail, requesting the change be made.
