Good afternoon. Does anyone know how to add new leadership positions for scouts in Scoutbook. I previously was able to do this as the unit advancement chair and now I am unable to add the new positions for the scouts that started July 1, 2021. Is anyone having a similar problem?
We suspect your unit admin role in Scoutbook may be corrupt. Have another unit admin put an end date on this role then add it again. Do not simply remove the end date. This should restore your ability to add leadership positions for Scouts.
You should also be designated as the Unit Advancement Chair in my.scouting.org. A Key 3 member (Scoutmaster, Committee Chair or Charter Org Rep) can do this.
