How to add leadership positions into ScoutBook?

I know this probably is a dumb question, but how do you add leadership positions that you’ve served into ScoutBook? I just set up my ScoutBook account today and am working on entering everything in my book into it. I was able to get to My Leadership Positions, where the add button would logically be, but it’s not there (see screenshot). My account has my BSA Membership number in it and is linked to my Troop.

A Scout cannot add their own leadership - a unit leader needs to do it

But interestingly, a scout can end or delete a position that’s already shown in his or her account. From my son’s account:
