I’m attempting to update past rank requirements dates to complete the scout history report. I was able to update some by removing the dates of the subsequent ranks, but can’t go all the way back to scout because tenderfoot was already complete. In addition, the requirement dates on the report now show as needing approval, but there is no way to approve them.
No one in Scouting America looks at rank requirements once a Scout has earned the rank. If a Scout has earned rank and it is approved, I would not bother trying to update requirements.
