Unable to view or update rank requirements for Scouts BSA Ranks

This morning I am unable to see any rank. I have tried several Scouts in 2 different units. Looks like merit badges and awards are available. See screenshot for ID #140872446

@KimLadzinske can you try an incognito window for me please - to see if it is your computer

I am able to see the rank requirements through an incognito window. What does that mean?

@KimLadzinske thanks - usually that means it is one of 2 things.

  1. Some extension you have for browser - like a pop ad blocker or something is causing issues
  2. Your cache is the issue and you need to clear your cache for scouting.org data (best done when all scouting windows are closed.)
