Rank not showing up

My advancement chair is unable to put in rank information for Life Rank for one of our scouts. When we click on the life rank the page that normally shows the steps to earn the rank where we can put dates in for the different steps is completely blank and a message saying there are no requirements for this rank pops up. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

@JanuaryMyers to investigate we need both the Users Member # and the Scouts Member # (no names)

@JanuaryMyers we are going to try to force todays date into requirement one to see if it forces the rank. I also wonder about the scout finishing another Eagle required MB as that would force #3 to complete.

The scout did finish all of the required Eagle Merit Badges for Life, but even though his page shows camping completed and awarded, it is still showing 4 pending instead of 3 like the system isn’t registering as complete. Not really sure what is going on but we can’t even see any of the individual requirements for life on our end so I am not sure what it looks like on your end.

@JanuaryMyers not sure I follow that - Camping is not complete - I can setup a fast screenshare to take a look if you want

@JanuaryMyers I think SOMEHOW Camping is Complete/NOT Approved/BUT awarded. If that seems to be the case I would Unaward and then check approved on it.

It will not let me uncheck the awarded and it won’t let me put an approved date on it.

OK??? Does is give a warning like - Item is on PO so cannot be unawarded?

No, When I uncheck the awarded box and save it comes back up with the awarded box checked and it has the circle with a slash when I try to put a date in for awarded, I can’t click on it at all.

Thank you for all your help. Whatever you did worked because everything came up correctly this morning and we were able to approve camping and put in life rank.
