Unit Advancement Chair Missing From Unit Dashboard

The Unit Advancement Chair shows N/A in the Unit Dashboard. However, one is assigned in the Position Manager.

In the organization manager. They have been assigned for several years…

no idea there - there might be settings? - that is a council question

This person’s Unit Advancement Chair functional role shows as expired (Expiry Date): 05/31/2024.

It might have happened when she changed registered positions (Tiger Den Leader → Den Leader).

It looks like she was end dated when we adjusted her Den Leader role… It seems like a lot of things are breaking not by the user making the changes.

I don’t know if the system enforces it, but since the DL is not a committee role, maybe it broke the advancement coordinator role?

Changing your registered position in the unit expires the old position and any functional roles assigned at that time. The new position maintains the paid until expiration date.

Any desired functional roles will need to be reassigned.
