Scoutbook Plus Roster is missing a leader shown in my.scouting

I am having an issue with BSA ID 12825881 - a committee member who is missing from scoutbook/plus rosters for Michigan Crossroads Council 780, President Ford Division 782, PF Zone 3 03, Lakeshore 06, Troop 0014 (Boys)- unit ID 73964

She shows up just fine in T14G, our shared sister unit.

In trying to fix this myself - I changed her position with T14B from MC (member-committee) to SA (scoutmasters asst) to see if it might push an update to scoutbook, however my.scouting now lists her in BOTH roles (MC and SA), neither of which I can edit as CC. /sigh.
Again issue is with T14B unit #73964.

On her side she is unable to sign her boys up for troop events and cannot see their scout account balances. (She is unusually limited for a parent of a scout). She is multiple with a few units - and this might be the source/cause of the issue.

I can provide screen captures from my end if needed but they have personal identifying info - please PM me.

@EricHultman 1 question - 1 Issue for Council to fix
When was the ASM position established? it takes 24 hours.
The Council registrar needs to clean up the relationships - the mother is listed as Son of her scouts.

Yes the ASM role change was added today (less than 24 hours). My intent was to move over and back in one session (no net change) but forcing a refresh. Unfortunately it copied her leaving two roles and there was no means to revert.

I am less concerned about the role change, it’s her not being on roster at all part that is the chief concern. That issue existed prior to the change today- and was reason I made the change to begin with (Issue noted/confirmed on Tuesday).

Tomorrow I will look again and see which role she has- she would be fine in either role frankly- but her permission seem tied to the fact that she does not exist in scoutbook. What can be done about that? Do I reach out to the registrar myself?

YIS
Eric

The Role change takes at least 24 hours. But the relationships issues can mess everything up. Registrar needs to fix those.

What information do I need to convey to the registrar? Did you see an error or direct issue I can tell them about?

@EricHultman as stated above - the mother is listed as Son of her scouts

@DonovanMcNeil

I’m having a similar problem in T1794G in Daniel Webster Council. Our SM (140918811) and her daughter (140136676) both show on our my.scouting.org roster but show as expired on advancements.scouting.org

YIS,
Jeff

@JeffreyJew It looks like they got switched to another council in Scoutbook, because the daughter was camp staff there. I have switched them back. They might need to wait 24 hours for everything to sync up.

Thank you so much!

Someone mentioned you in a post.
