My AOL den leader cannot see pack 584 in their list of units in Scoutbook Plus, but can see if the pack in my.scouting.org and legacy scoutbook. They also can’t enter any advancements for their den.
The den leader in question recently had two member IDs merged.

Old MID: 137118965

@RobRydberg I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.
Please ask her to contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up her children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, they need to remove her as parent under her secondary BSA member ID numbers. She should only be listed as parent under her primary BSA member ID number: 140262681. This will help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
