Unit Pin Missing or Wrong Location

Is anyone else noticing their unit pins on the map view on https://beascout.scouting.org/ seems to be off?

When I go into my.Scouting.org and into the Unit Pin, I have a couple of scenarios;

  • One unit’s address is correct, but the pin is elsewhere. If I resave the address, the pin moves to the proper place. However, it never seems to fix itself on BeAScout, even after waiting 48 hours.
  • Another unit’s address is correct, but the pin is placed at another units location. When I go into the PIN, it shows in the correct spot. And yes, it has been 48 hours since anything has been touched.

Anyone know of issues here?

@JeremyGinsberg if I recall right you can physically move the pin - been a long time sense messing with it

Yes, but the issue is that the changes are sticking.

ask council to send in a membercare ticket on it

I think that save button used to become live when you moved pin

Yes, save button appears and says it saves and needs 24 hours to change. However, it does not seem to be sticking.

Save button stayed grey for me until I changed something else - but yes it did not save
