The Dashboard for Unit Renewal shows the breakdown for “In Process Renewals” as “Initiated”, “Payment Pending”, and “Pending Approval”. However, the downloadable report does not have the units listed as Pending Approval, they are all listed as Payment Pending. My Registrar has a similar report that has the correct breakdown. Is this something on my end or a glitch in the report. I am an ACC.
Since this is a my.scouting.org report you will need to contact your local council to have a ticket opened.
