Unit Volunteer YPT "never taken"

I have a Scouter with 3 member IDs. She is trying to multiple into a troop as a cubmaster. The invitation manager is saying that she has never taken YPT, but I have her current date.

Member IDs are: 12781651, 116837817, 134670673

she can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > this will sync all training to primary over a 24 hour period

But I will also look at accounts

are they using BeAScout? perhaps a question for Council as everything looks good
