@SarahBlaesing - You are using report builder, which is why you are not getting much more than what you see.
click the V by Scout options

That’s it I missed the carat. You don’t using have a checkbox next to a carat. (Poor UI design)
@SarahBlaesing - those carats are all over the designer for two reasons, without expanding the dropdown it is a select all, optionally, using the dropdown provides further selection.
I get the select all but working in the web development/UX field you don’t put a carat next to the box. You should show the carat then add the box once the field is expanded . Why would I select all when I don’t know what in the drop down field.
