Our Pack Secretary (#132173105) was updating health forms for our pack. For Scouts, she gets an error that says “Error: Unauthorized to update SB profile” and for adults it says “Success: Profiles saved successfully”. For both, though, they actually did save.
Try running a roster report to see if the health form updates actually took in Scoutbook.
They did. So, it is “just” an error. Our Pack secretary was starting to do a spreadsheet and saying it was not worth it to put it in a broken system. So, these “now common” errors in IA are not going well. I see random ones on a regular basis, but ignore them. I think I will start to report them.
