Can I upload & save documents (Word/PDF files) to Scoutbook for our Troop to see/download when needed?
Scoutbook does not provide cloud file storage. Enterprise storage is very expensive, especially when you do not own your own data center. The BSA uses Amazon to host Scoutbook instead of owning their own data centers.
We recommend using a free service such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Apple iCloud, Dropbox, etc. You can use a troop forum to store links to the files.
