I am trying to upload our summercamp a data into Scoutbook plus. The camp generated a blackpug CSV file. The link to go to legacy Scoutbook just reopens a new scoutbook plus window and I have attemded to reformat the CSV as a txt file with “|” instead of “,” however I am still getting the error message “Advancement import file must be a pipe-delimited text file.” Please help. I have over 7,000 requirements that I need to import and doing it by hand will take forever.
You must have version 0.49.0.15 or later of the Feature Assistant Extension for Chrome. After you have that installed, go to legacy Scoutbook, navigate to your unit and there will be a Import Merit Badge Advancement link. If the link is not present, try a hard refresh.
You must use the original csv file, not the edited version you have.
I cannot get into the legacy with Chome it just reopens another scoutbook plus window and I have installed the Feature Assistant Extention for Chrome. When I get to legacy scoutbook there is a message at the top “ADVISORY: Scoutbook does not support the Scout Manager extension. Using the extension may cause issues with rank advancements. Thank you.” and the only function at the bottom of the unit is to send a message.
Log in to Scoutbook Plus and click the Scoutbook Legacy link near the bottom of the left hand menu.
Like I said before, you may need to do a hard refresh multiple times on the unit page in legacy Scoutbook for the link to appear. Also, make sure you have version 0.49.0.15 of the extension. Prior versions will not work.
It just opens a new plus page
Try a hard refresh in Scoutbook Plus. The Scoutbook Legacy link should open in legacy Scoutbook. It has every time I tried.
I have closed the browser and when I look at the link assciated with legacy it is using Scoutbook Plus
This sounds like a cache problem. Closing the browser will not refresh your cache. Try a hard refresh (SHIFT+Refresh) or an incognito window.
It lets me into the legacy on firefox but this is all there is at the bottom of the unit. I can only send messages. I am a key 3 delagate with all the admin rights so not sure where to go.

Below the white section it should say Feature Assistant Active.
Make sure you have extension version 0.49.0.15 installed. Click the 3 dots near the top right of your Chrome window. Select Extensions → Manage Extensions then scroll down to the Feature Assistant. If it is not 0.49.0.15 click the Update button on the upper left of that page. After you have 0.49.0.15 installed, do a hard refresh on the Unit Page.
@RobertThompson17 Also try clicking on one of the patrols, and then go back to the main troop page.
