What is their role in the unit and what, if any, additional permissions have they been given?
They are co committee chair and also in charge of helping to record camp and hike in outings. I assigned them troop admin. Committe chair and outdoor activities. And full access of the youth. But they don’t get any edit button
Troop Admin and other positions from classic SB no longer apply, as noted in the blue box at the top of these forums. You can generate similar functionality with combinations of abilities from the abilities/permissions interface in SB+. There are some limitations, depending largely on the scouter’s registered positions. Also, the default abilities based on the registered position varies quite a bit, so one of the Unit Key 3 or Key 3 Delegates needs to go into SB+ and set the relevant permissions for the various registered scouters where the defaults don’t match with what your unit is looking to achieve. How to do so is covered in the PDF document and video linked in the blue box at the top of the page in these forums.
