We are having problems with one profile and cannot record any adventures or advancements for this youth. Tried to do it many ways but unable to do. When pull up his name on Internet Advancement, receive a pop-up for “userID record not found”. How do we fix this problem?
Post the BSA Member ID of the person you are having trouble with and we will investigate.
This is fixed. The Scout at one point had 2 BSA Member IDs. The one on his Scoutbook account was deleted so when the system tried to match him, it could not find a valid registration. I placed his registered number on his Scoutbook account so you will be able to approve advancement for him.
