Venture Crew member turning 21

I have several 20 year old venture crew participants that have turned 21. We want to change their position to a leader position but nothing is available when editing the row and attempting to change the position. These youth have already completed adult applications (when they turned 18), have turned in CBC forms and are current on YPT.

Suggestions?

Iā€™m not sure if VPs get a background check or not, even though they are over 18. You may need to submit a new adult application for the VP to be converted to (for example) a crew adviser position.
