How do you view the notes which you post? In this example I posted details about a requirement for an advancement. While I can see an icon that a note is posted when I click on it it takes me back to the home page.

If you click on the checkbox, it will take you into the requirement. The notes are visible at the bottom.
There is a known bug where clicking on the note icon returns you to the dashboard. The workaround is to click on the checkmark for the requirement instead of the note icon. We do not know when this will be fixed.
