Yes that will show individual members and their training. There are no current reports just for weather hazard training, which I think is what we need.
The training manager quick search is going to be different depending on the organizational level you are searching. For instance if I go into my troop training manager it only searches my troop, but if I go into the district one it searches the whole district.
