Oh wise Scoutbook gurus, please advise….
My Pack went from a Boys Pack to a Family Pack over the summer. After that transition, I noticed that I couldn’t see a new scout who had registered in June. I thought it odd, but figured I’d give it some time to work itself out. Fast forward, and I get a second new scout over the summer. I can’t see them either.
My profile is SB Plus as Cubmaster/Key 3 delegate still shows Boys, whereas my Parent/Guardian profile shows Boys & Girls. So I think there lies the problem. My wife has the same problem as well, so I’m guessing all of our leaders may have the same problem.
