Transferring units but both kids have not switched in scout book

My boys have just switched Cub Scout packs. The oldest has completely vanished from my scout oil account and my youngest is still showing in the old pack. I also noticed his birthday is wrong.

Finally It also shows that I have two accounts linked with one email address.

Please help

You had 2 Scoutbook accounts which I have merged.

Your son with first initial A is registered in Pack 366 Greater Tampa Bay Council.
I did not find a registration for your son with first initial R in Greater Tampa Bay Council.

You need to contact your old council to have his birthday corrected and check with the new pack to find out why he is not registered.
