Leaders Seeing Duplicates

Any idea why leaders are seeing duplicates of their own kids on the main dashboard and roster? Other leaders do not see duplicates of my kids nor do I see theirs. My account is also shown twice. All accounts are the same BSA number FYI. [image] [image]

Extra entries of parents, and wrong parents assigned

I am a den and Pack admin and went into scoutbook to review my den members’ rank progress. I noticed that one scout’s parent was listed 3 times. Another scout has the mom listed twice. One of the mom’s entries was correct but for the other the email address said “changeyouremail@scoutbook.com”. My own child has my name listed twice as a parent, and a parent of a scout who left the pack 2 years ago listed as well. And my child appears twice on my dashboard. What the heck is going on? It appears to manifest around the time that rechartering occurred for the various units that have reported it, but that’s still anecdotal.

I would suggest contacting scoutbook.support@scouting.org with information that your unit is suffering the same problems that many/most of the rest of us are.
