When adding Lion Den Leader, the Den Admin Role is grayed out

When going in from the Lion Den page, +Add Leader button, ScoutBook will not allow to give a Lion Den Leader the Den Admin Role.

However it will allow an Adult Partner to have the Den Admin Role. This is inconsistent with dens of other ranks.

You can go to the Roster, click the Den Leader, then Add Role button from there to give them Den Admin, but that seems like a long way around, we should be able to do both the position & role in one step.

It’s greyed out because den leader now automatically become den admins.
