Whoops! Error on inviting Den Leader to Scoutbook

I have a new den leader who has never used Scoutbook before, and thus has never created an SB Account. Now I’m attempting to send him an invite to join Scoutbook and I get the " Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request. Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!" error. His profile still shows as “Not invited yet”

His SB D # is 12363479

Can anyone assist with how I can get him invited?

They should be able to log I with their same username and password that they use to take YPT.
