Whoops error trying to add a new leader

I’ve tried a few times to add a new Bear Den leader but keep getting the whoops error. Never had an issue adding leaders in the past. Any suggestions?

I imagine they are not a registered Adult leader - what is the BSA #? @Chris.Peterson

He’s not yet registered but has completed Youth Protection. Just waiting on our chartered org rep’s signature. So we can’t even give him access to anything until he’s officially registered? 14079659
