Hi, This is my first time posting, so please be patient if I’m missing some information.
Two days ago, everything was fine. Today when I log in to Scoutbook Plus at https://advancements.scouting.org/ I see that roughly half of my Troop is missing. Patrols show 0 or just a small portion of members. We recently rechartered, everyone is up to date, none of those dropped have a recent expiration (most were renewed within the last 3 months).
The migration to Scoutbook plus has been beyond frustrating. I have no clue where to begin resolving this issue or who to contact. My top concern is losing all of the data that is captured in here.
If anyone can advise me about what to try or where to go next, it would be truly appreciated. If you need more information from me, please let me know!
@RichardOrmsby - have you reset your filter in scoutbook plus? And recharter no longer exists. It is membership renewal and unit renewal and they are independent
Update - Sorry for the confusion, and thank you for viewing this. I believe I’ve figured it out, all of these members are marked as expired as of 2 months ago, which is incorrect. We’ve been working with District for over 8 weeks with recharter issues, and everyone here that is marked expired was listed as “active” just a few days ago. I’m contacting the District again to address this. Thank you again for your time!
@RichardOrmsby - the suspicion i have is that thru did not renew their memberships. The unit renewal does not renew the individuals. It just renews the unit.
@RichardOrmsby yeah there are a ton in your unit that expired 1/31/26 - so the 60 day grace period just ended. Another AK expires today and enters the grace period
