I have a Wolf Scout that I can not award any advancements for under the Wolf Rank. It shows him as started for AOL but nothing is selected as started in any of the advancements, just says started and then says 0% progress. I called my local Council and they were able to add the Wolf Bobcat to his advancement, but I still can’t add any of the other items, it says he is not eligible. He is listed in the Wolf Den, he earned his Tiger in May 2024. I have tried removing him from the den and putting him back in. How do I get the system to see he isn’t an AOL.

@JannaPolik It looks like this Scout transferred from a pack in another council.
If you go into Scoutbook (legacy), try going to the [Scout]'s Membership page and try to end the membership with the former pack.
Thank you. The old Pack Somehow added him to an AOL Den in September. Everything looks good now. I appreciate your help.
