Hi,
I am trying to assign a AOL adventure to scout #14872536 but I get an error message saying the scout is not eligible.
Is the scout assigned to an AOL den in Scoutbook+? Cubs must be assigned to the correct den level in order to earn the associated adventures/rank.
The Scout is in a Webelos den in Scoutbook Plus. He must be in an AOL den to earn AOL adventures.

We have the same thing. Scout#141495366 is in my AOL den and I cannot give AOL ranks.
@ElysiaFannin the Scout is in 2 Dens (one from old pack it seems). Try going to Legacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) > That Scouts Page > Membership > and putting an end date on the other Packs membership - (I cannot recall if leaders can do this for scouts in this situation.)

Might want to clean old connections after ending that old membership as well.

Unfortunately, I can’t reassign him dens for the DC area council. It shows his end date with the pack as 3/18/2024 as well.
@ElysiaFannin that is the start date - I ended the Den membership for you
