Hello there, I have a Scout in my AOL Den that is appearing as advancing as the wrong rank. He should be advancing as an AOL but his Bear rank has been started and I cannot clear it. His Member ID is 137498007.
@just ignore the Started Bear and proceed with the AOL
Thank you Donovan, appreciate your response. So I should not be concerned that the AOL Rank is greyed out, even though it is showing % progress?
The bear just means it has been looked at once - AOL should be in progress - what does screen look like when you click AOL? @MatthewNeyssen
And clicking View More on the Bear rank shows this:
It appears it may have been started but was the old requirement version in the system.
