Wrong date entered in the Eagle Scout board of review

Greetings

I need guidance, for the ID 131782675, the board of review of Eagle the date was register wrongly. It says 2020 and must be blank, because the Advancement Chair was working with other requirements.

With this we realize that the K3 of the unit lost the permissions and the council is out for the holidays. Can this date be erased or I have to wait for the council.

@OmarLopez1 Do you know how the Advancement Chair entered it? Was it entered in Scoutbook (legacy) or Scoutbook Plus? Did they use Quick Entry?

They use scoutbook plus to enter the advancement
