Scoutbook is Empty

Hello, I logged in to Scoutbook this morning, and everything is gone - my positions, connections, calendar, roster, etc. I am the Committee Chair and Den Leader for a Pack as well as a parent for 3 scouts.

My SB User ID is 13178413 and my BSA ID is 136363829.

Help please!

@JenniferGulino this is cleaned up - you have 2 users and 2 BSA numbers - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number - NG is under your second number
