Youth/Cub not showing in Scoutbook, but is in My.scouting/Reports

I have a Pack who has a youth in my.scouting (shows up on their Youth Membership report), but he’s not showing up in Scoutbook according to the COR.

He’s not showing up on the Members Who Have Renewed report. He does show up on the Record of Changes report though and should be good until 8/31/25.

Can anyone help us figure out what’s causing the hangup?

The Pack is 141 in Occoneechee Council and the youth’s ID is 141031550. Thanks!
