Scout recently renewed his Youth membership. I see that he successfully renewed in my.Scouting.org. I also see that he is assigned to the correct Den in both my.Scouting.org as well as Scoutbook. However, they do not appear among the list of Youth to be added to an Event in Scoutbook Plus for any events, either Pack or Den.
I’ve gone through and have confirmed that they are the only one who seems to be impacted by this error. All other recently renewed / newly joined Youth appear in Scoutbook Plus.
@ShawnTrimmer what is the BSA# of the Scout?
@ShawnTrimmer ok just to understand - you are council Staff - you are looking at Pack 3 calendar in SB+?
A leader from Pack 3 is having this difficulty, I’m posting on the forum for them
what is the users BSA # - getting things third person is often not helpfull
I would first have them reset admin role - Go to unit Roster in Scoutbook > Click their name > click Admin > click Update - that should solve it
Actually everything looks fine - the user can get on forums and we might be able to help more
Hi, I’m the Committee Chair that raised this question to my District Exec. The Youth in question is included in the Roster in my.Scouting.org as well as his Den roster in Scoutbook. However, he does not appear in the Roster in Scoutbook Plus.
His BSA ID is 140312299
This appears to be an isolated issue as I do not see it for any other Youth in my Unit.

@DonovanMcNeil apologies as I’ve been off-site and not able to screen share. I have attached a few screenshots to show what I am seeing on my end.
- My.Scouting.org roster - Youth (Ripley) appears appropriately
- Scoutbook Den roster - Youth appears appropriately
- Scoutbook Plus - Youth not available to add to event

Pack 1344 CC here in Burke, VA. This happened to one of our scouts in the Scoutbook Plus roster. He is in the My.Scouting.org and Scoutbook rosters, but not in the Scoutbook Plus roster so that achievements can be completed. Did you ever find a solution for this?
Hi Matthew, no resolution, yet. I’ll report back if I’m able to get to the bottom of this.
@DonovanMcNeil any suggestions on what else I can do or who else I can reach out to?
Additional info as I poke around in Scoutbook Plus. I am able to locate the Youth’s profile and can enter their Achievements. However, I am not able to add the Youth to any event as they do not appear in the roster list in the Calendar view. When in this Calendar view, I also do not see him under “My Youth Connections” despite him being my child (I am his parent / guardian). I see my other child, but not the Youth in question.
Also, the problem persists regardless of whether I use Safari or Chrome.
@SarahLopusnak as I have suggested - a simple screen share would probably answer alot of questions to see the issue
@MatthewHoulahan post the BSA # of the Scout and we can look at it
@SarahLopusnak Dev signed in again as you and sees Scout as able to be added to events - so we are at a standstill until we can see what you are seeing
