I have a youth in our pack - member id# 141670395 who recently joined but has now vanished from the Pack Roster in Scoutbook Plus. They show in our my.scouting roster and in Scoutbook - just not Scoutbook plus. We are in Cascade Pacific Council, Pack 212 - can this error be fixed?
@TimothyGiorgi the scout is in the Lion Den 3 - have you tried an Incognito window or a Cache Clear or Hard Refresh?
Clearing the cache worked - thanks @DonovanMcNeil.
