I’m trying to add a youth member with a new paper application. When I add the bday it is not accepted, what is going on?
How old is the scout and which program are you attempting to add them to?
born in 2010 and he is a Web 2. I know that he’ll only be a Web 2 until Feb, and then go on to the troop.
New youth who are 11 must join a troop. Rechartering existing members in the pack after they turn 11 is allowed. I’d suggest contacting your council immediately to see if they will take a paper application directly (rather than as part of recharter). You will need to wait to refresh and submit your recharter until that is resolved. Otherwise, recharter will remove this scout.
