My scout attempted to open a Scoutbook account. Somehow that messed up my Scoutbook account. I am an assistant scoutmaster and merit badge counselor. I no longer am connected with any merit badge scouts. My son is no longer connected to me. My scout can’t log in. Help! 128179772 is my scout number. 132443169 is my son’s scout number.

I believe i got this cleaned up you. However, please go into you scoutbook plus profile and even if everything look correct, edit and save it. That will force a sync between the systems in case there are any differences. Also, do the same for your son’s profile.
