With the new Permissions Manager feature in Scoutbook Plus, several of our youth members are appearing (in red font) in the list for Functional Roles, such as Create Messages and Calendar Editor. There is no way to remove them. When I flip over to my.scouting.org, it looks like I can expire them, but after an overnight cycle, they are still showing. This is also causing an error under Unit Renewal, and it looks like we cannot complete unit renewal until the error is resolved. I’m unsure of how to accomplish that, though. I am Committee Chair, so should have all the access necessary to make the changes.
