Position Manager Not Expiring Roles and Preventing New Assignees

My cub scout unit shows different info between Position Manager / Functional Roles view on my.scouting.org and the view in Scoutbook Plus.

Here is a screenshot of the Position Manager/Functional Roles on my.scouting.org. “E” is associated with three areas but greyed out.

Hovering on the greyed out names shows This membership has expired. Not true–the member is fully paid and active.

Moving into Scoutbook Plus, Permissions Manager, in the “Assign Position” tab, you can see that the K3 Delegate, Advancement chair, and Treasurer chair all reflect the correct assignments, and “E” is not present in any of these unlike what is reflected in the screen above. When I try to add “P” to be a K3 Delegate, I get an error message “Maximum assigned count has been reached for this positionid: 576”.

Neither COR nor Cubmaster could make updates. We have tested multiple times, including in Incognito with cleared cookies to no avail.

@ErichGreen is it less than 60 days since the membership expired? If so only council can help you.

@ErichGreen the membership is expired, refers to the functional role (ie: Unit Advancement Chair has been ended), not their registered position.

Why is it not clearing and opening the space another assignee?
